Welcome to the ty444 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ty444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your"). By registering on ty444 or using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Definitions & Applicability

1.1 Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms carry the following meanings:

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must meet the minimum legal age in Bangladesh to use the ty444 platform. Only persons aged 21 or older may open an account and play on this platform. Registration or play by minors is not permitted and is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Terms

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must register using your own identity — registering on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• After registration, ty444 may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process.
• ty444 may request additional information or documents at any time, and the user is required to provide them.

2.3 Single Account Policy

If a user is found to be operating multiple accounts, ty444 reserves the right to close the additional accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings held in them. Multiple registrations from the same device, IP address, or payment method are a violation of this policy.

Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Password & Login Security

The security of your ty444 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials private and never share them with any third party. Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly. ty444 staff will never ask for your password.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• ty444 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
• If account credentials are exposed due to negligence, the user bears responsibility.
• Always ensure you log out after using a public or shared device.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or email), update your account immediately. The user is responsible for any withdrawal complications arising from incorrect or outdated information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted on ty444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• For suspicious transactions, ty444 may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending additional verification.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4.3 Transaction Currency

ty444 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically and third-party service fees may apply.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ty444 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount only. For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be used within the specified time limit — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• More than one welcome bonus cannot be applied to a single account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person's account.
• ty444 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraud or abuse of the system may result in account closure.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to review all details carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, ty444 may cancel that bet and refund the amount.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Betting markets and odds may change while the service is live.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow ty444's dispute policy.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may apply to specific markets in sports betting.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino games on ty444 are operated by recognized software providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and others. Each game has its own rules and payout structure. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical issue, ty444 will review the transaction or bet and provide an appropriate resolution. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.

Prohibited Conduct & Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ty444 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Fraud, collusion, or attempting to hack the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Registering with false identity or documents.
• Filing false chargeback claims over balance disputes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

7.2 Consequences

Upon finding evidence of any of the above violations, ty444 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all funds and winnings, and where necessary, notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.
